Sales Executive : DIY/Hardware: N.West & N.I. Role Responsibilities: * Develop the commercial performance in your region. * Manage company debt within the sales area. * Achieve and surpass sales targets. * Knowledge of customers in the DIY/hardware retail would be an advantage. * Continue to build sales within the existing customer base and develop opportunities for growth as they arise. * Strategically improve and secure opportunities to grow customer base through new business development. * Develop and increase sales through merchandising and category management. * Offer a high level of customer service at all times. * Communicate and report to management and support staff. K ey Experience and Skills required of Sales Executive. * Strong sales ambition. * Dynamic and self-motivated personality. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills. * A third level qualification would be a desirable. * Computer competency essential. * Ability to work within and contribute to a sales team and to identify, pursue and secure sales opportunities. * A proven sales record. * A full clean driving licence.
