Description

This is a seasonal contract. The Company. Based in the heart of Bundoran, The Grand Central Hotel comprises of 63 bedrooms a busy bar/restaurant area and a substantial function room. The Role. Duties: • Reporting to General Manager and Financial Manager, Harcourt Developments, Dublin. • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue, wage and cost reports. • Maintain Sales Ledger including collection and posting of sales receipts & invoices. • Maintain Purchase Ledger, including posting invoices, payments and monthly creditor’s reconciliations. • Preparation and completion of the daily bank reconciliation. • Prepare weekly and monthly payroll. • Prepare and submit accurate monthly VAT and PAYE/PRSI returns. • Preparation of daily cash book. • Other administrative duties as required. Qualifications/Experience: • A minimum of 3 years relevant accounting experience. • Accounting Qualification. • Experience within the Hotel Industry preferable. • Analytical and logical approach to work.
