We have an exciting opportunity to join a startup business in Co. Donegal. Our client has an immediate opening for a Business Development Representative (BDR) responsible for proactive outbound prospecting, lead management, and inbound inquiries. This position will have a direct impact on the growth of our phenomenal company by nurturing and qualifying prospects into the sales pipeline and being a liaison between marketing and sales. Responsibilities: Effectively generate pre-qualified leads by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in CRM. Build rapport with new and existing contacts to stimulate interest in product offerings. Gather key company and contact information that will improve our data integrity and our campaign target marketing. Demonstrate understanding of product target markets and company offerings to prospects for better qualification. Provide administrative assistance to sales and marketing when needed. Meet weekly and monthly BDR service level agreements. Work closely with Marketing and Account Executives for feedback on marketing campaigns and processes. Participate in marketing or sales meetings and product training to keep current with goals and technology. Skills: 0-2 years of sales or marketing related experience. Ability to thrive and adhere to business practices in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills both written and oral. Strong PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications; knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus. Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated.
