The Person: You will need a strong operational track record within the Hospitality industry, with a sound knowledge of Food and Beverage. Enthusiastic, customer-focused and work within deadlines set to meet business and customer demands. A strong people manager, with fantastic leadership skills and a real motivator. You should be able to demonstrate a successful career within a Lounge/Bar/Restaurant environment. Ability to multi task and must be very detail orientated. Must have previous experience of administration work and report writing. Responsibilities: Ensure that premium customers are consistently provided with the highest quality of service through an inspired lounge team. Constantly seek customer feedback and opportunities to develop the lounge service. Responsible for the presentation of all products eg food, beverages, etc, ensuring standards as to quality, quantity and aesthetics are consistently maintained. Management of all stock level’s within the Department in line with Departmental Budgets. Act as a role model for all hotel lounge staff. Provide on-job coaching and guidance to team members, managing their performance to ensure a smooth operation. Arrange for timely and detailed briefing sessions for communication of product/service changes. Ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety are impliemtned at all times.
