This luxury property based in the north west of Ireland is looking to fill the role of lounge manager. A minimum of two years bar management experience and a total of five years in a four or five star hotel environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task and have an eye for detail. The role will coordinate the activities of staff to deliver high end products and service to bar customers.
