General Operative – Production (Entry Level. Derrybeg, Co Donegal. €Excellent DOE. Primarily serving the food industry, our client is a highly successful packaging company whose customer base includes some major PLCs and blue chips. They are now looking for General Operative's to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a reliable, flexible, deadline driven individual to join a fast-paced, exciting manufacturing environment and carve out a career for the future. There is a highly experienced management team to help drive the company forwards and a passionate, team to work alongside. You will be able to train and gain experience in production whilst growing your portfolio of experience. As a General operative, you’ll be tasked with a range of activities to support our client’s manufacturing operations. You’ll complete associated paperwork, make sure your work areas are clean and tidy and undertake any other duties that are reasonable assigned. Please note, this role does involve manual handling activities. Although no experience is required, to be considered, you must have: - Reliable time keeping. - Flexibility. - Good attention to detail. - The ability to meet production deadlines. The ideal General Operative will have experience gained within a manufacturing environment. A current manual handling certificate would also be beneficial to your application, although neither of these requirements are essential.
