My client the number one alarm security company in Ireland are looking for dynamic sale person, Business Development Manager covering Donegal and Sligo territory selling into SME's. Exellent package of approx €30K basic salary + OTE up to €50K and thats uncapped + Company Car. The Role: The primary function of the Field Based Business Development Manager is to work effectively within the SME Sales Team to grow customer base in Donegal and Sligo regions. You will be able to meet & exceed agreed monthly sales targets. You will conduct professional meetings with prospective companies to acquire knowledge of their security needs and draft tailored customer proposals to match the customer needs. Ensure customer receives accurate and factual information, 100% compliance. Complete CRM, pipeline, sales reports and prospecting reports. Key Responsibilities: To achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. To ensure all sales are generated in line with our quality standards. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all customers. The ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary. The ability to be self-motivated and focused on continually achieving and exceeding targets. The Person: You will have a minimum of 12 months Field Sales experience - strong sales background desirable. Experience in high value consultative selling would also be an advantage but is not essential. You will be able to communicate effectively and professionally to all customers. You will have the ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary. Most important is your drive for success, passion for sales and ambition to make money.
