My client, based in Donegal, is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join a developing Irish company. This is an exciting and challenging role for the right individual in a progressive company. Responsibilities: Build marketing plans in line with the company’s strategy and ensure the budget spend is managed effectively. Supporting sales team and working with them to drive promotional campaigns and responding to requests for proposals. Managing day to day marketing function. Work closely with other departments to plan marketing campaigns and ensure implementation of brand guidelines across all communications. Input directly into the creative processes and campaigns developing bespoke materials to meet the information needs of target markets. Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, external service providers, etc. Requirement: Proven track record (3 years +) in marketing. ABachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar is desired but not necessary. Strong project management skills and ability to work to deadlines. Excellent planning and organisational skills, self-driven, flexible, well organised. Evidence of previouscampaigns led. Solid understanding of the digital environment for customer servicing and sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team. Be creative, collaborative, organized and able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver an overall goal. A passion and strong understanding of the industry and business' mission. Excellent written English and verbal communication skills. A self-motivator with a passion for understanding the customer. Ability to work with the Sales Team to respond to requests for proposals. The job isbased in Donegalhowever travel may be required occasionally to oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns and staff training in our various locations.
