The Purpose of the Role: CPM is working with Irelands leading market research company to conduct in-store audits on specific product lines. As part of the survey/research team you will help capture specific data in independent shops & pubs, by asking the store manager/contact to answer a short survey. You will be given maps of areas for you to find these outlets. You will have a specific time frame to complete the visits so must be able to work fast and accurately. At the end of your 12 week contract, you will be awarded with a 10% bonus for completion! Salary: €20k pro rata plus tax free lunch allowance €6/day. Hours: Flexible between Monday to Saturday. Responsibilities: • To adhere to journey plans given by line manager. • To visit specific locations and ask the person in store to complete a short questionnaire. • To be flexible and plan your day effectively- to ensure you are calling to locations that are open. • To be comfortable reading a map you are given- indicating where you are to audit. • To ensure that all guidelines are being completed in line with the audit. • Record relevant information accurately in a timely manner. • Record all information on a tablet/iPad using a specific App. • To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks. • To ‘check in’ with your manager every day updating what you have completed so far. • To be contactable during the week to respond to calls/texts/emails if you line manager needs to query anything. Qualifications:• Full driving licence. • Experience in market research/auditing. • Strong attention to detail. • Customer engagement experience. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Past experience in a census or similar role preferable. • Experience in the Grocery or Hospitality sectors is preferable.
