Our client is seeking to Recruit Staff Nurses/Graduate Staff Nurses to be part of their team for their leading, well established Residential Care Home in East Donegal, which is designed to provide a pleasant living environment for the elderly. Job Description: Delivery of high quality personal care, ensuring patients are treated with privacy, respect & dignity. Being compliant with HIQA Guidelines, maintain professional standards in keeping with An Bord Altranais Code of Professional Conduct & have an understanding of all NMBI/An Bord Altranais documents. Liaise with Health Care professionals as necessary. Ensure the agreed policies & procedures for the control Administration of all medicines are adhered to. Establish a personal & meaningful relationship with all patients, relatives & visitors ensuing appropriate support & comfort is given at all times. Ideal Candidate should possess the following criteria: Nursing Qualification - Graduates welcome to apply, current registration with An Board Altranais. Previous experience in care for the elderly an advantage. Suitable candidates must be kind, caring, empathetic & sympathetic to the needs of the residents. Have Good communication & interpersonal skills.
