We have a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor to join the team in a beautiful hotel in Donegal. The Restaurant Supervisor within the 5* hotel would support the Manager during service and in the decision making process. The candidate: Experience at a Supervisory/Assistant Manager level within either a 4/5 star hotel or in a high quality restaurant. Possess a true passion for food, a customer focused attitude and the ability to work as a part of large team. Leadership qualities, strong personality and excellent people management skills. Must be immpecably presented. Responsible for Staffing, rosters and budgets within your department. Train & develop your team to deliver outstanding service to each & every customer. Have excellent communications skills and create a team environment. The ideal candidate will have similar experience. Thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage outlet operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques and guest interaction. Ability to communicate in English, both orally and written, with guests and employees, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and to collect accurate information and to resolve problems.
