EXCITING SOUS CHEF OPPORTUNITY DONEGAL. IMMEDIATE START. SALARY €34,000 - €38,000. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the leadership team at one of Donegal's finest properties. Your role as Sous Chef will be to support the Head Chef in managing the main kitchen and guide and develop the enthusiastic kitchen brigade in place, maintaining standards and focusing on improving the culinary delivery. Experience is a must : We are looking for someone that has worked at Sous level or higher within either a 4/5 star hotel kitchen or in a high quality restaurant. Must be available immediately. Previous experience within a busy environment is a necessity in order to tackle our busy bar, restaurant and functions venue. Experience of large functions is a must. It is important that you can demonstrate a true passion for food, a customer focused attitude and the ability to work as a part of large team. Manage all HACCP records. Leadership qualities and excellent people management skills as, in the absence of the Head Chef, you will take the reins. Culinary flair: This is your opportunity to make suggestions to the menu and impact upon the direction we take going forward.
