Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced CNC Milling Machine operation with a minimum of 2 year experience is essential. Applicants must have a good working knowledge and experience in the use of CAD systems, must be able to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and have a good understanding of geometrical dimensioning and tolerances. Applicants must also possess excellent analytical and interpersonal and communication skills. Programming experience would also be an advantage. Duties and Responsibilities: Ø The use and operation of CNC Milling machines in the manufacture of press tools, press components, prototypes and welded assemblies. Ø Assisting the Production Manager in various other duties including maintenance of quality records, quality standards and production. Skills Required for a Career in CNC Operation Ø Ability to work to high specifications and quality requirements in the production of machine tools. Ø Ability to examine detailed drawings and/or specifications to assess job, material and equipment requirements. Ø Accuracy with numbers- counting, measuring and arithmetic. Ø Ability to work out sizes and allowances based on knowledge of metals.
