This small Hotel group is recruiting for a Revenue Manager to maximize the hotel’s room, F&B and wedding revenue through effective yield management techniques. Reporting to the group Ops Manager, you will be responsible for: To achieve the budget as set out ensuring the profitability of the departments is built on. To ensure the best practices in yield management are in place and the maximum revenue is achieved on any given day. To manage rates & availability on all distribution channels. To manage all the systems involved in the sale of rooms. To ensure rate parity across all distribution channels. To maintain very good communication with all Managers. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ management experience in a Revenue role with relevant business-related qualifications. Experience with Hotsoft or Opera is a strong advantage. Must be a true hospitality professional dedicated to a customer-centred approach with excellent attention to detail and excellent people management & communication skills.
