A Production Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Donegal based client. If you come from a Moulding Operations then, this is the position for you. THE ROLE: * Responsible for the day to day supervision of the following departments; Moulding, Saddle Assembly, Operator, Process Technicians. * Meeting production schedules, quality standards and budget targets in injection moulding, automatic/semi-automatic machine production. * Building, equipment and tool maintenance, installing, maintaining, improving processes. * Carry out all duties in accordance with the Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental. * Ensure Compliance with the Quality Management Systems in place ISO 13485/15378/140001/14971/ FDA 21 CFR Part 820/MDD,) and other relevant Standards. * Responsible for achieving all production goals with regard to production schedules, quality standards, scrap levels, inventory levels, etc. * Responsible for all administrative duties for the department to include performance evaluations, hiring, termination's, attendance, scheduling, organising, purchasing equipment/supplies, as required to efficiently run the department. * Responsible for compiling departmental and capital budgets and controlling expenditure within budget and corporation constraints. REQUIREMENTS: * Third Level education in an engineering discipline or appropriate trade qualification. * Knowledge of moulding operations. * 3 -5 years in Engineering or Production and a minimum of 5 years in Engineering/Production Management.
