Restaurant Supervisor 4 Star Hotel - Sligo. Working alongside the Restaurant Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to carry out various functions and take responsibility for the running of the restaurant in the absence of the restaurant manager. Duties will include but is not limited to; Assisting the team by performing tasks alongside of them. Supporting the restaurant manager with training and development.
